when i went to the cash machine yesterday i was unable to draw any money from my account, when i checked my balance it was 5. i had checked the balance 2 hours earlier and there was 130 in my account. i went into the bank to be told that ten transactions had been made via telephone and internet within 50 minutes to a payday loan company called tower capital. The bank have set up a fraud case as i did not authorise these transactions. Will i be refunded and how have they got all of my banking details? i have applied for a payday loan in the past but this was paid back in full and was a different company, is there a chance the companies could be related? and if so will i get my money back, the payday loan i had was 12 mnths ago. also they did not take it in one transaction, there was ten transactions one after another for different amounts, i find this very suspicious. i am almost certain it is definately fraud as at the bank they were showing up as internet and phone transactions which none of them were. any advice/info is grately appreciated
